Coffee on the Agenda, Again

Well, my goodness! I really start to wonder, whether or not coffee is good for us or not!?! I have been drinking coffee for years. I am not a heavy drinker, or anything like that. Although it is a little harder to get up and go without it. I have read so much against drinking the stuff, and then... All of a sudden its like I am not drinking enough of it. This article that I just read.... Makes me think what really is going on!

"Earlier studies indicating that coffee may lower the risk of type 2 diabetes may not have been mere aberrations. According to a new Johns Hopkins University report, regular coffee drinkers are indeed less likely to develop type 2 diabetes than those who avoid coffee altogether. The current study was based on data from over 12,000 middle-aged adults, whose lifestyles and diabetes status were monitored over the course of 12 years. Among those adults who drank four or more cups of coffee each day, diabetes rates were 33% lower than among non-coffee drinkers. Researchers identified the coffee compounds magnesium and chlorogenic acid, which may regulate blood sugar, as possible factors in the link. Complete findings from the study were published in a recent issue of the American Journal of Epidemiology" .LifeScripts.com

Yea, with reading this, Now I am not drinking enough... really!I usually drink about 2 cups a day. I cannot imagine to drink more than that, at least for me. In reading so much about things against caffiene, I am really starting to wonder.... Is anyone just as confused as I am?

PEACE!
